Repeat Prescriptions

Order your repeat medication. 

All repeat prescriptions are stored on our computer and you will be given a counterfoil listing with your medication with each prescription. To order further repeats, mark on the counterfoil the items you require and place it in the repeat prescriptions box available at all sites.

Please allow 4 working days before collection. If it is more convenient to hand your request to your local pharmacy then please allow 5 working days before collection.  You will be asked to update your treatment periodically with the doctor

Patients may collect their repeat prescriptions from the surgery or a local pharmacy, depending on their request to the practice.

Repeat Requests

Please allow 4 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. If you have any problems, please telephone the surgery.

NHS APP

Patients can order their repeat prescriptions via the NHS App. Registering for the NHS App is easy and doesn’t involve a visit to the Practice. Please add the NHS App link.

Patient Access Online Prescription Ordering

Patients may order their repeat medication and book doctor appointments online using the Patient Access web site. This website is designed specifically to support patients in the use of the online services and will provide help and guidance on all aspects surrounding this such as registering, signing in for the first time, forgetting user ID, nominating a pharmacy, trouble with signing in etc.

Having registered with the practice, you will be given a user ID and password. You can read our step-by-step guide to set up your user access.

For safety reasons, we do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.

Emergency Contraception

Advice, appointments and prescriptions are available on the same day. If the surgery is closed, please contact the chemist or our out of hours service.
