Freedom to Speak Up Guardians

The Freedom to Speak Up Guardian is responsible for helping to nurture a culture of openness, by acting as an independent and impartial source of advice to colleagues at any stage of raising a concern. Emma Ridgewell-Howard, Chief Executive of Kernow Local Medical Committee and Millie Puckey can act as the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian’s for The Rame Group Practice teams. This is a critical LMC role provided to general practice, allowing them to support any member of your team in an entirely independent and confidential setting.
