The business manager, Claire Greaves, is based at Penntorr Health. She is responsible with the doctors for the future development of the practice, including the dermatology and clinical trials services.
The practice manager, Julie Sweet, is responsible for the day to day running of the practice, dealing with complaints, contact for Patient Participation Group and health and safety.
The operations manager, Karen Raymont, is responsible for the secretarial and administration teams and general practice administration and financial matters.
