Healthwatch Cornwall has launched a dementia and memory loss survey in partnerships with Cornwall Memory Café network.
The survey is aimed at carers of people with memory loss (suspected dementia) and people living with a diagnosis of dementia. It focuses on diagnosis, along with experiences of services and support. It’s been great to collaborate with the Memory cafe and Dr Allison Hibbert – System Lead for Dementia and is a great opportunity to help shape future service provision.
