Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- use the NHS Register with a GP surgery: Rame Group Practice service
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.

Please be aware that on registration with the practice you will be required to show proof of identity.
Please would you complete the form to let us know about any health issues that you currently have or have had in the past.
Patients are registered with the practice but are free to consult with the doctor of their choice.
