Bank holidays

Please be aware The Rame Group Practice is closed on all bank holidays.

If you need help when we are closed

Between 6:30pm and 8am, Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends and on bank holidays, you will be asked to hang up and redial 111 for the NHS 111 service. If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

The surgery opening hours are 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (except for bank holidays).

If you need urgent treatment outside of these times then please:

• Call 111 if you need urgent medical assistance
• Call 999 in an emergency – chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency
• Call 0845 002 0034/01392 822 348 if you have an urgent dental problem

If you call at lunchtime or early in the morning/evening,) your call will be diverted to Kernow message handling. They will arrange contact with the duty GP to provide a clinical assessment in case of urgent need.
