Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays, you will be asked to hang up and redial 111 for the NHS 111 service, for non-emergency care. You can also visit 111.nhs.uk

The surgery opening hours are 08:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday (except for bank holidays).

If you need urgent treatment outside of these times then please:

• Call 111 if you need urgent medical assistance
• Call 999 in an emergency – chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency
• Call 0845 002 0034/01392 822 348 if you have an urgent dental problem

If you call at lunchtime or early in the morning/evening (between 08:00 and 08:30, 13:00 and 14:00 and 18:00 and 18:30) your call will be diverted to Kernow Message Handling. They will arrange contact with the duty GP to provide a clinical assessment in case of urgent need.

Bank Holidays

Please be aware The Rame Group Practice is closed on all Bank Holidays.

In the event of a life threatening medical emergency please call 999.

If you require medical advice that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please call NHS 111.
